Red potatoes, smoked scamorza, burrata, butter, eggs, breadcrumbs, single cream, capocollo and soppressata.

To be enjoyed warm, but many prefer it at room temperature so that all ingredients can “rest” and amalgamate in perfect harmony giving then that unbeatable taste at the right moment.

Also known as pizza di patate; however, it is not a pizza, or is it?! All we know is, it’s unbelievably good and filling and therefore enough as a one course meal.
